rosdep in Linux mint tara(ubuntu18.04)

linux mintでrosdepをするときの注意 rosdep install foo を実行したときに起きる こんな感じの全力でやる気を削ぎに来るエラーはROSがOSを陰にubuntuだと決めつけているから 起こる問題ですので，rosdepに適切な引数をあたえるとよろし． 実際にコマンドはページ最下部にあるでよ．
